Parent Access

The primary means of communication for course work is via e-mail. Each student is required to have a unique e-mail address and an e-mail account that will provide for sending attachments.

Parent e-mail—one parent is asked to provide a unique e-mail account to allow a teacher to communicate directly with parents, if there is a need.

Each school registering students provides a summer contact person who can be reached should there be a need.

Access to grades—students and parents have continuous access to grades for assignments and exams through the online platform. Parents should ask students for their user name and password in order to access grades.  

Phone—The coordinator of Mercy Learning Online or school contact persons may need to contact parents during the course of the program. A day phone number for one parent is required with registration. A student cell phone number should not be given as the phone number.
