 Parent/Guardian Access

• E-mail – one parent/guardian is asked to provide a unique e-mail account to allow communication directly with a parent/guardian, if there is a need. 

• Phone—The coordinator of Mercy Learning Online or school contact persons may need to contact a parent/guardian during the course of the program. A phone number  is required with registration. A student cell phone number should not be given as the parent/guardian contact phone number.  

• Access to Assignments and Grades  - A parent/guardian may log on to a student's course using the student user name and password and by clicking on My Grades can see a record of all assignments submitted and graded.
